Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Basketball Tournaments
Refunds available up to 48 hours prior to the start of the program. Our programs have costs associated with them prior to the start for equipment, administration and coaching. For these reasons, cancellations will have a $25 administration fee reduced from the refund. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS within the 48 hour period prior to the start of the program, instead you will receive a full credit towards a future program and only pay the price difference between the 2 programs. In the event you register within 48 hours of the program starting, there will absolutely be NO REFUND, but you will receive credit for a future program. In the case of a rain-out, there will be NO REFUND. We will do our best to reschedule the rained-out class. They are usually rescheduled for the week following the last day of the program. In the case of a cancellation by the coach or other unforeseen cancellation, there will be NO REFUND. We will do our best to reschedule the class and it usually will be rescheduled for the week following the last day of the program.
