SPECIAL 4 WEEK PROGRAM REGISTRATION

At the elementary level, children learn best through hands-on, physical, experiences. In the first four weeks, students will work on perfecting their acting technique and build good habits, all through theatre games and improvisation activities! It’s a lower-pressure opportunity to grow as a performer and build confidence while having some fun! Participation in the four week class is an excellent way for children to build a stronger foundation before going into auditions for the second session of Play Production.  Cost is $100 for 4 Tuesdays starting January 21st.  Wantagh Elementary School Only

WINTER REGISTRATION

Over the following seven weeks after the 4 week program, we will begin the play production portion of the class, during which students can apply what they have learned so far to present a short play from the bottom up. They will learn how to slate and audition for a play, experience the rehearsal process, practice working with a script, perfect their ability to deliver memorized material, learn and apply theatre terminology, and put on a show! Participation in a play helps develop focus, memorization skills, empathy, expression, social skills, and creativity. It encourages making bold choices and taking risks. Come play with us!”

They will also develop confidence and essential skills for teamwork.  Learn to think critically, and use their imagination.   Cost is $175 for 7 weeks.
